Ladysound is a blog and hub for music fans who want to see women better represented in music. Although female artists get a lot more respect (and airplay) than they used to, they’re still greatly outnumbered by male artists, and they still don’t get as much respect as they deserve. We want that to change.
The name is a reference to Ladyfest, a music and arts festival/movement for female artists.
